Aflatoxins

Aflatoxins are among the most common mycotoxins detected in crops and are genotoxic and carcinogenic.

They are therefore regulated with very low maximum levels permitted in the EU, such as 2µg/kg aflatoxin B1 and 4µg/kg for the sum of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, and G2 for dried fruit, nuts, or cereals.

AFFINIMIP®SPE Aflatoxins are selective solid phase extraction kits for clean-up of Aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2 prior to analysis by LC-MS/MS. Our kit can extract and concentrate these molecules from various matrices such as cereals and cereal-based products.

AFFINIMIP® SPE Aflatoxins kit contains 3mL SPE cartridges and a detailed protocol for its application.
