Application Note Selective Solid Phase Extraction of Zearalenone from Edible Corn Oil using AFFINIMIP® SPE
Corn oil
This method uses a very fast sample preparation by simply diluting corn oil in a solvent. Sample treatment with AFFINIMIP® SPE Zearalenone allows to obtain clear and accurate results over a wide concentration range. The tests performed show that the chromatograms obtained contain very few interferents and favor high recovery rates.

Cereals and baby food
Zearalenone analysis was performed on corn (41µg/kg), rice (41µg/kg) and cereal-based baby food (10 and 41µg/kg). Very simple chromatograms are obtained after purification with AFFINIMIP®SPE Zearalenone.
