Aminoglycosides

AFFINIMIP® SPE Aminoglycosides are selective solid phase extraction cartridges that clean and concentrate this family of molecules prior to analysis by HPLC-MS/MS.

Due to their polar nature, extraction and analysis of these compounds are still a challenge. Based on Molecularly Imprinted Polymers, our selective sample preparation kit AFFINIMIP® SPE Aminoglycosides has been developed to provide a solution of choice for a sensitive, reliable and robust analytical method for a large number of aminoglycosides.

Molecules tested: Spectinomycin, Hygromycin B, Streptomycin, Dihydrostreptomycin, Amikacin, Kanamycin A, Paromomycin, Apramycin, Tobramycin, Sisomicin, Gentamicin C1, C1a, C2 and C2a, Neomycin B.

Examples of tested matrices: honey, beef, milk, Infant formula and hydrolyzed infant formula, Skimmed milk powder, Fermented whole milk powder, , Chicken meat powder, Chicken fat, Chicken cube, white chocolate…

Available formats: 3mL or 6mL cartridges.

Our 3mL formats are used for the confirmatory screening AOAC official  Method 2020.04
