POCIS GLYPHOSATE
AFFINIMIP®POCIS Glyphosate for the monitoring of Glyphosate and AMPA.
Glyphosate [(N-phosphonomethyl)glycine] is a non-selective broad-spectrum herbicide that is extensively used in agriculture. The biodegradation of Glyphosate (GLY) in the environment leads to aminomethylphosphonic acid (AMPA).
Conventional sorbents for POCIS do not provide very efficient extractions of these both very polar molecules from water.
A Molecularly Imprinted Polymer (MIP) has been synthesized for the selective extraction of Glyphosate, AMPA and GLUFOSINATE.
This sorbent can be used for a SPE application (AFFINIMIP® SPE Glyphosate – AMPA) as well as for a POCIS application (AFFINIMIP® POCIS Glyphosate)
