AttractSPE® SCX is solid phase extraction based on a strong cation exchange polymeric phase particularly suitable for the extraction of weak bases (pKa 2 – 10).
AttractSPE® SCX is a strong cation exchange polymeric phase interacting with the analytes via a mixed mode retention mechanism: ion exchange with strong acid functional groups and reversed phase. It is particularly suited for the extraction of weak bases (pKa 2 – 10).
