Mycotoxins are toxic secondary metabolites produced by different fungi present in agricultural commodities. When they are regulated in food or feed, several of them can be found and analyzed in the same matrix. Simultaneous analysis of main mycotoxins in cereals
We report that 11 mycotoxins have been simultaneously analyzed by LC-MS/MS with a cleanup with AFFINIMIP®SPE Multimyco LCMSMS.
This poster was presented at WMF 2014 and it demonstrated the utilisation of AFFINIMIP® SPE Multimyco for sample preparation of Cereals.
